Harwelden Mansion


Situated near the 21st Street Bridge and Riverside Drive, Harwelden Mansion is minutes from Tulsa’s downtown business district as well as the metropolitan region.

Harwelden was first listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978, and is the only example of Collegiate English Gothic Tudor in Tulsa. The house was built for oilman Earl Palmer Harwell and his wife Mary. It has been the home of the Arts & Humanities Council of Tulsa since 1967.
